Chris Sharbaugh has over 20 years of experience in private and public consulting and manufacturing. As Principal, he leads a consulting and technical services practice to deliver strategic and tactical solutions to complex business challenges. He is currently working with the United States Air Force. He has deep and broad experience supporting supply chains, financial management, manufacturing, repair and overall services, human resources, sourcing, and regulatory compliance with a number of solutions. Major solutions implemented include: Enterprise Resource Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Information Integration, Information Service Frameworks, Master Data Management, and Data Quality Solutions. In addition to IT implementation, he has delivered enterprise and business strategies, roadmaps, solution architecture, governance programs, portfolio management programs, implementation methodologies, IT management process, and developed IT organizations and teams for small, medium, large, and multi-national companies, Departments, and Agencies.
