Lt Col Drummond is the CEO of BESPIN software factory, the Air Force's mobile solution center based in Montgomery, AL. In this role he leads a 288 member Agile DevSecOps Ecosystem that supports the delivery of mobile and web applications that improve Airmen's quality of life, mission success, and safety.  Additionally, it is BESPIN's mission to support Airmen enablement and be one of the leaders of digital transformation for the Air and Space Force. With a passion for the development of airmen, Col Drummond has held multiple leadership positions in the training, cyber, and communications space to include commanding the 81st Communications Squadron at Keesler AFB, MS supporting 12,000 personnel and 30,000 students annually.
