Mr. David Dodds is a business development professional in the federal market space with Integrated Computer Solutions Inc. He is based in Dayton, Ohio where he currently serves as the AFCEA Dayton-Wright Chapter President for the nearly 500-member Chapter. His previous positions included program and project portfolio leadership at Computer Sciences Corporation, as a Director at Atlantic Research Corporation and Systems and Applied Sciences Corporation managing various Information Technology programs. While employed by the U.S. Air Force he served in multiple engineering positions including as the Chief Engineer for the B-52 Weapon System Training and KC-135 trainer. Mr. Dodds holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from Wright State University, is a certified Project Management Professional, and a member of AFCEA, Electronic Engineering and Manufacturers Group, National Defense Industrial Association, and Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
