Maj Gen (Ret.) Matt Molley, USAF, is the Director of the National Security Group & DoD Program Management Office at Dell Technologies, McLean, VA.  He directs and leads Dell Federal’s Program Management Office which provides government agencies and the warfighter with comprehensive support for their large, complex, and highly-classified programs.  The PMO delivers the most advanced enterprise information technologies (IT) infrastructure and solutions for mission-critical environments, assisting the DoD and the intelligence community (IC) with their digital transformation – from the edge to the core to the cloud.  With an intense mission focus, the Dell Technologies PMO takes great pride in being the customers' reliable wingman; ensuring the product received is the product expected, and the delivered system, service, or capability operates as intended anywhere in the world…all the time.

Commander -- Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) - Kirtland AFB, NM      

Directed, managed, and led the test and evaluation activities of more than 98 major Department of Defense acquisition programs valued at more than $907 billion at 17 different locations across the U.S. Responsible for the execution of realistic, objective, and impartial operational testing and evaluation of Air Force, coalition, and joint warfighting capabilities to include the F-35, B-21, space systems, and munitions.

Deputy Director of Operations – Headquarters US Northern Command - Peterson AFB, CO  
Deputy advisor to the Commander USNORTHCOM on all operational matters, providing strategic guidance to plan and execute NORTHCOM missions including land, maritime, and homeland defense air operations as well as Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).

Commander – 18th Wing, Kadena Air Base - Okinawa, Japan
Commanding officer and chief executive of the largest combat wing in the U.S. Air Force, provided the Commander, U.S. Pacific Command, with trained and equipped tactical air superiority forces; combat search and rescue forces; command and control platforms; aeromedical evacuation capability; and global mobility resources for contingency operations.

Commander – 1st Fighter Wing, Langley AFB - Langley AFB, VA
Lead historic combat wing comprised of four groups, 20 squadrons, and 11,000 personnel with an annual budget in excess of $300M. Responsible for one third of the Air Force's combat F-22 Raptors and an F-15C squadron supporting airpower worldwide on short notice response for combatant commander taskings.  Provided sustained forces in direct support of POTUS, homeland defense as tasked by NCA & NORAD.

Commander – Joint Warfare Analysis Center - Dahlgren, VA
Provided overall strategic direction, vision, and leadership of Joint, state-of-the-art, scientific/engineering command which delivered kinetic and non-kinetic targeting solutions for both physical and non-physical enemy networks in support of global combatant command operations and plans.
