Rachel Maki is the Market Insight and Events Lead for JJR Solutions, an SDVOSB out of Dayton, Ohio, whose purpose is to improve the health, well-being, and security of our communities and nation. Rachel currently leads business development efforts including proposal management and strategic initiatives for community outreach, relationship capital, and continuous growth for the company.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in Psychology. Rachel is a recognized community leader and serves as the Chair for the Dayton-Wright Young AFCEA group and was nominated and serves as the VP of Outreach and Awards for the Young AFCEA Advisory Council for AFCEA International. Additionally, Rachel is the VP of the Greater Ohio Valley Women in Defense. Rachel has been the recipient of the Distinguished Young AFCEAN Award and is in the Leadership Dayton 2021 class. She is an advocate of young professionals stepping outside their comfort zones and into leadership roles to help invigorate the workforce and community.
Rachel lives in Dayton, Ohio with her husband, Amir. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and serving their community.
