Barbara T. Cerny, Deputy Director of the 88th Communications Group, Wright-Patterson AFB
As the senior civilian in the Group, Ms Cerny shares responsibility with the Commander for the communications infrastructure in support of the Wright-Patterson AFB mission. The Group is responsible for architecture, installation, and technology insertion for the communications-computer infrastructure at WPAFB including personnel, equipment, software, cable plant and telephone systems.
