Dr. Mary Haley is the Director of Small Business, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The organization is responsible for overseeing reviews of approximately $30B in center procurements and maximizing small business opportunities across AFLCMC. The center supports the acquisitions of nine AFLCMC Program Executive Officers and twelve Functional Directorates, with Small Business Offices across six operating locations.

Teresa Macalolooy is the CEO of Macalogic, an SBA certified 8(a) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Macalogic specializes in IT consulting services, including program, project, and acquisition management, advisory and assistance services, data and configuration management, and systems infrastructure and architecture engineering. She is a frequent speaker and serves as a mentor to professionals interested in expanding their government and commercial careers. She taps into her three decades of government consulting experiences to create a different kind of people-centered company.
