Mrs. Melanie M. Lazarus, EdD(c), MPH is the Dean of the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine and the Chair of the Office of the Dean for the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, 711th Human Performance Wing, Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Dr. Walter F. Jones is the Director and Chancellor of the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. 



RSVP REQUIRED: 48 hours prior to the luncheon. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. 

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Individual luncheons are $30 for pre-registered members, $35 for non-members/member walk-ins, and $40 for non-member walk-ins. You may pay online or by cash, check or credit card at the event. There is currently no charge for active duty and civilian government attendees, however, a registered no-show will be charged a nominal fee to cover the cost of the meal.

DWAFCEA  ANNUAL SPONSOR RESERVATIONS SHOULD ALSO BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST TWO (2) DAYS PRIOR TO THE LUNCHEON. Please complete and submit your registration by this deadline in order to guarantee your seats. Please also include the names of your corporate attendees upon submission of your request.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations will be billed unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the luncheon by contacting cesguerra@azimuth-corp.com.  No-shows will receive an e-mail notification regarding payment arrangements.

As a bonus fundraiser for this luncheon the Emerging Leaders will be raffling off 2 tickets to the AFA Chalet at the Dayton Air Show on July 30-31st.

The winner of the ticket package will receive 2 tickets to an air-conditioned environment, with a catered summer barbeque buffet featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, and assorted salads and cookies, (from 1200 to 1400), and light snacks, beer, and assorted beverages throughout the day. The Chalets include private seating areas, umbrella tables, inside restrooms, designated parking areas with air-conditioned buses to and from the parking area, and a number of other amenities that greatly enhance the experience for all ages. The winner will get to choose which day they would like to attend (as long as seats are available).
