Speaker: Mr. Tim Cotton, Deputy Director, ABMS
Mr. Timothy W. Cotton, a 20-year member of the Department of Defense civilian workforce, is currently the Deputy Division Chief for the $7B Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) in the Command, Control, Communications, & Battle Management Directorate (C3BM), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He provides oversight and guidance in the execution of the Air Force’s contribution to the DOD’s broader Joint All Domain Command and Control effort.
Mr. Cotton has more than 30 years of Air Force Acquisition experience during his DoD civilian, Industry Contractor, and Active-Duty career. Prior to the his current role, Mr. Cotton served as the Materiel Leader for the DB-110, MS-110, and TacSAR programs where he managed a portfolio in excess of $2B for Partner Nations. Prior to that, he served as the Security Assistance Program Manager for the $2B Korea F-16 Upgrade Program and as the Avionics and Systems Integration Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the ACAT 1D, B-2 Defensive Management System – Modernization (DMS-M) Program. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cotton served as Branch Chief for the Global Combat Support System – Air Force (GCSS-AF) Data Services.
