Colonel Brenda A. Oppel is currently the Air Combat Command’s representative to the Tri-Chaired Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) Integrated Program Office (IPO). Colonel Oppel oversees a 106- member team responsible for a $400M three-year risk reduction effort. Representing lead command for cyber, Colonel Oppel ensures that the services provided by commercial industry partners meet the operational requirements for Air Force and Space Force members and missions. Additionally, she serves as the interface between Air Force network users and the Enterprise Information Technology Governance structure and Portfolio Managers, making recommendations on prioritization and resourcing.
