Krystin currently serves as a Regional Executive for ARRAY. In this role she is responsible for managing several Air Force programs. These programs encompass the full spectrum of application solutions from legacy IT system support to IT modernization, cloud, DevSecOps, and Agile implementation. She also works to grow ARRAY through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

She previously worked at Macalogic serving in multiple roles, including as Vice President in Human Resources, Corporate Operations, and most recently, Business Development. She has deep experience in people operations, employee engagement, recruiting, and community engagement.

Krystin currently serves the Dayton defense community as the Executive Vice President for the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA with a special focus on the Emerging Leaders (Young AFCEAN) program by serving as a Midwest region Emerging Leader representative for AFCEA International. She has been intimately involved in events to promote the interaction of Government, Industry, and Academia to benefit STEM scholarships in the Dayton region, including casino night fundraisers, the Wright IT Summit, Robotics Challenge, and Young AFCEAN mentor breakfasts.

Krystin offers a diverse background with a core in elevating operational effectiveness while adding new projects to the bottom line. In her spare time, she plays as much volleyball as possible. She is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
