Mr. Bates is a Specialist Leader in the Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations offering of Deloitte Consulting, LLP. He has over 24 years of experience leading technical teams providing program management, systems engineering & integration, test & evaluation, predictive analytics, digital transformation and global operations support for governments to help solve his client’s toughest challenges. He is currently leading a 5G technology implementation for a federal government agency. Mr. Bates is also the lead for Deloitte’s application of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and solutions for governments. Prior to consulting, Mr. Bates served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he supported global contingency operations and flight-tested advanced technologies in aviation.
