Mr. Mitchell spent the first 6 years of his career in Oil & Gas and Ecommerce for Telecommunications working on innovative mechanisms for fuels delivery, payment structures, scalable e-commerce platforms and secure payment and business process modernizations.  Currently, he is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Illumination Works a company specializing in data innovation and digital transformation including cloud data exploitation, AI, IIoT and XR adoption.  Mr. Mitchell has supported the USAF and USTRANSCOM for 20 years in data integrations, Digital Twin, AI-based data exploitation, XR use for knowledge capture and training and IoT integrations for monitoring, alerting and condition-based maintenance.  As a CEO of Illumination Works, Mr. Mitchell has kept the organization to the forefront of technology innovation over time with Cloud adoption, Big Data, AI, XR, IIoT and other transformational capabilities.
