Mark Shaw is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of GE Aviation design engineering experience. He is one of the world’s leading experts in metal additive qualification and certification for commercial and military flight.

As Director of Government programs for GE Additive, Mark is leading GE’s partnership with the DoD to solve supply chain challenges for the aging warfighter fleet. In this role, he has created programs with the United States Air Force and the Unites States Army to provide additive manufacturing capability at the depots for the printing of aviation metal spare parts.
