Richard Aldridge

Executive Vice President, Dine Development Corporation

Mr. Rich Aldridge is a former Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition executive with extensive experience supporting critical missions, including space operations, satellite & systems engineering, logistics planning, and defense business systems. He has a deep understanding of programming, planning, and budgeting; policy formulation; cyber systems requirements and network architecture; and satellite, aircraft, and information technology systems acquisition.

Rich joined Diné Development Corporation, a wholly-owned enterprise of the Navajo Nation, after a successful 34-year career serving in the Department of the Air Force as an Active Duty and Reserve officer and member of the Senior Executive Service. His last government position was as the Program Executive Officer for Business and Enterprise Systems where he led more than 2,000 personnel, executed a portfolio comprised of 400 systems with an annual budget authority of $1 billion, and delivered digital solutions to over 3 million users across the federal government. Additionally, he provided enterprise contract vehicles with a ceiling of $36 billion through which defense agencies could purchase Information Technology products and services.

As a visionary, mission-focused leader with extensive acquisition, operations and sustainment expertise across a wide variety of missions, Rich serves as a critical advisor to the DDC Chief Executive Officer, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, and Chief Operations Officer, enabling the company to grow revenue, expand current markets, and succeed on delivering to current mission partners. As a valued team member of DDC, his goal is simple – increasing the prosperity of the Navajo Nation.

In his free time, Rich is an avid hobbyist, baker and pickleball player and rabid Crimson Tide sports fan.
