Jeffrey R. Sick, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director ofLogistics, Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Mr. Sickacts as the center integrator to coordinate the broad range of center logisticscapabilities for a geographically-dispersed workforce of 43,000 personnel acrossthree air logistics complexes, two supply chain wings, and three air base wings. TheLogistics Directorate prioritizes center goals, objectives and integrates the center’scritical capability areas: Strategic Planning, Resource Management, ProcessManagement and Guidance and Sustainment Performance Management, LogisticsOperations and Weapons System Integration. The Logistics Directorate drives thecenter to standardize and integrate its planning activities, resources, policies andprocedures. These capabilities work in concert to ensure the center plans andexecutes to be effective and effi cient.

Mr. Sick joined the Air Force Sustainment Center in 2017. He has more than 31years of experience and has served in a variety of positions to include programmanagement, squadron command, deputy materiel group command, maintenancegroup command and culminating as the Logistics Directorate Vice Commander. Hehas held tactical, strategic and executive level leadership positions across theDepartment of Defense. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Sick was the Director ofDepot Modernization and Supply Chain Processes Division, Air Force Sustainment Center, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.
