Ms. Sherri Artuso             Director of Personnel, AFLCMC

Ms. Sherri L. Artuso is currently the Director of  Personnel, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center  (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC),  Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.  She serves as the focal point for all human resource management throughout the Center, responsible for coordinated  manpower and personnel strategic planning; human  resource management process improvement and  reengineering; management of the Resource Management Information System for automating human resource management processes; and senior personnel assignments. Ms. Artuso provides human  resource management expertise for approximately 26,000 personnel within the Center.

Ms. Elaine Bryant             Executive Vice President, DDC

Elaine M. Bryant is the Dayton Development Coalition's executive vice president for aerospace and defense. She is also the managing director of the military and federal sector for JobsOhio. In both roles, she works to preserve and protect the federal assets in the Dayton region and statewide. She also leads statewide efforts to champion advanced air mobility initiatives via programs such as Agility Prime.

Elaine has over two decades of experience in the U.S. Air Force, finishing her career as deputy chief of the Human Systems Program Office at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base

Dr. Cassie Barlow             President, Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education

Dr. Cassie B. Barlow is the President of the Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education.  Through SOCHE’s multiple programs, Dr. Barlow is focused on collaboration among SOCHE’s 23 College and University members as well as professional development of faculty and staff and workforce needs of students. 

Dr. Barlow was the 88th Air Base Wing and Installation Commander, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH. In that role, she commanded one of the largest air base wings in the Air Force with more than 5,000 Air Force military, civilian, and contractor employees. Dr. Barlow retired from active duty with the US Air Force as colonel in 2014.

Ms. Erin O’Brien  Director of Personnel, National Air and Space Intelligence Center

Erin O’Brien is the Director of Personnel at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. She leads a 34-person directorate responsible for executing Title 10, DOD, AF, and Intelligence Community policies related to the entire civilian personnel human capital life cycle from recruiting to retirement; she oversees education, training, and workforce development programs supporting 1,600 civilian employees and 850 military members; and manages manpower and organizational structure policies and guidance for the Center. She retired from the Air Force in 2009 as a Lt Col having served in multiple Force Support roles while on active duty.  She is a native of Ohio, who graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s degree in Education, and earned a master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.  

Panel will be moderated by Ms. Jennifer L. Bauer, who currently serves as the Chief of Personnel Programs Division, Directorate of Personnel, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. In this role, she is responsible for the oversight and delivery of high quality civilian personnel programs, processes, and personnel data delivery, improving customers’ ability to focus on their mission. Ms. Bauer provides support to approximately 26,000 personnel within the Center.

LUNCHEON TIME: 11:45AM-1:00PM

RSVP REQUIRED: 48 hours prior to the luncheon. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. 

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Individual luncheons are $30 for pre-registered members, $35 for non-members/member walk-ins, and $40 for non-member walk-ins. You may pay online or by cash, check or credit card at the event. There is currently no charge for active duty and civilian government attendees, however, a registered no-show will be charged a nominal fee to cover the cost of the meal.
