Ms. Monica Deal is currently the SVP Global Customer Operations at LexisNexis.  She has been with the company for more than 17 years and has held held many roles with increasing responsibilities during that time.  Prior to her current position she was the Vice President - Global Customer Success // CX - Onboarding - Customer Support.  She loves to build great teams who are passionate about their roles.  She has provided exceptional leadership in customer experience/success, vendor negotiations, organizational excellence, and operational efficiencies for the past 18 years of success at LexisNexis.  She drives value, revenue, and customer growth in uncharted projects and underperforming teams and is an expert at translating company goals into measurable customer outcomes and using data-driven insights to improve customer experience.  Additionally she is a committed community advocate with a proven track record of leading successful fundraising efforts, raising over $4M for non-profits.
