Mr. Schnorr is an information technology program manager focused on improving the United States Public Sector through digital transformation. His experience spans the areas of technology delivery, product management, business process improvement, and systems integration. His systems integration experience spans the full systems development life cycle. He has successfully managed the development and maintenance of custom .NET solutions as well as COTS solutions including SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Momentum, Tableau, MicroStrategy and WebFOCUS. He is a certified SAFe Agilist, PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
