Mr. Frank Burgos is a Modernization-Integration Architect at Definitive Logic, Inc.  In this role he is responsible for the creation of architectural analysis and design artifacts used to define processes and procedures that will facilitate the modernization and migration of legacy systems to a modernized environment.
